South Carolina Film, Screenplay, & Stage Play Discount

For the 2026 festival, we are offering a discounted submission fee (50% off) for South Carolina produced films and screenplays. 

For film submissions, the project must meet BOTH of the following terms:

• Project was at least partially filmed in South Carolina.

• Director currently resides in the state of South Carolina.

For screenplay & stage play submissions, at least one writer of the screenplay must CURRENTLY reside in the state of South Carolina.

NOTE: Submitting with this code makes no difference in a film’s chances of being accepted into the festival or a screenplay’s chances of being selected as a finalist or winner. This code is simply intended as a way to support our local filmmaking community by offering a low-cost means of entry.
